Mavis
What does the MAVIS tracker do?
Any member of your organisation with access to the internet can track their own
customer interactions. They can choose which level of detail to enter as well as
the option to comment on particular cases.
How should this be used?
You can allocate a seperate login to each person across your organisation. Each
interaction is then logged and a picture is drawn up of the interaction types.
How can we track different types of interaction?
You can create groups of users and also allocate a user to a specific site.
Knowing which group the user belongs to means we can report on specific areas in
specific sites across the organisation.
In addition to Groups and Sites we also use the Service type to analyse
interactions.
What services do we use?
A choice of the standard services specified by the guidance from the IDeA or the
option to create a custom service list.
Why use Mavis?
From reception through to the back room team, all can be
involved in the process of logging.
What is the duration of the survey?
You can carry out the survey over whatever time period you wish. This could be
the entire year or as little as a few days.
